vCAC 6.0.1 - Firefox/Chrome problems

I'm having a strange issue with Firefox and Google Chrome recently with vCAC 6.0.1. When I get to the login page using Google Chrome or Firefox and login to vCAC portal, I'm now getting the "Page cannot be displayed" with connection reset/aborted error.

This is what I see on the address bar when that error happens:

https://(IaaS host name)/vCAC/SslCallback.aspx?nextUrl=aHR0cHM6Ly92Y2FjYXBwLWxhYi5ob21lLmxvY2FsL3NoZWxsLXVpLWFwcC9vcmcvZ2FudGVjaC8=

I don't see this problem when I'm using IE9/10 or Safari in Mac.

Anyone else having this issue? I already tried clearing the cache.
