XaaS and Agent

Hello all,

I got a question for you concerning XaaS and agent (like EPI agent (for bladelogic) or VDI agent (xendesktop))

If I understand well with this agent you can manage the product (citrix or Bladelo) using properties, it's nice !

BUT

when I'm creating an XaaS I cannot add properties, so I have to go on Vro and set the properties depending of some request I made (example Citrix Yes/no).

then how I can communicate with the agent ? Is there some dedicated scripts or communication way that I can use, or may I have to rescript everything?

If you have some experience around XaaS and Agent usage It will be very nice!!!
